GENERAL POLICIES

Class Requirement – A minimum of 6 students is required to open a class. If the number of students enrolled does not meet our minimum requirement, we may reduce the class to one hour, or reduce the total number of class meetings. Should this not be feasible, the class will be cancelled.

Refund Policy – If the class does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund before the second class meeting of the current session. No refunds or credits can be given after the second class meeting of the current session unless the class is cancelled.

Make-Up Policy – Fondazione Italia does not offer make-up classes. If you need to miss a class please let the teacher know so that s/he can tell you what they are going to cover during the class.

Cancellation Policy – Fondazione Italia reserves the right to cancel a class as circumstances demand; unused tuition will be refunded.

Prorate Policy – We are happy to prorate fees for those who join a class after a session has started. We cannot prorate for classes missed once you are enrolled in the session.

Photographs – We do take photographs throughout the sessions. We use them on our Facebook page and for promotional purposes. If you are not okay with this please let us know.
