Screening of “Dante’s Inferno” and “Dante’s Hell” by Boris Acosta – Feb. 10

On the occasion of the 750th anniversary of Dante’s birth, The Italian Cultural Institute in Los Angeles, Master Films Productions and the UCLA Center for Medieval and Renaissance Studies cordially invite you to a special screening of DANTE’S INFERNO and DANTE’S HELL ANIMATED by Boris Acosta on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at 6:30 PM.

Dante’s Inferno – Abandon All Hope
(2010, 40′) narrated by Jeff Conaway and featuring
most of Gustave Dore’s lithograph illustrations and clips from “L’Inferno”, 1911 first Italian feature in history.

Dante’s Hell Animated
(2014, 38′) presented by Armand Mastroianni
and featuring the voices of Eric Roberts as
Dante, Vincent Spano as Virgil, Nia Peeples as Beatrice and also Jeff Conaway, Hélène Cardona, Adrian Paul, Al Sapienza and Shirly Brener, among many celebrities.
