Students ages 13+ are invited to make a delicious chocolate dessert, Il Salame di Cioccolato with Italian chef Deborah Dal Fovo! Join us for a free one-hour online cooking class as chef Deborah guides students step-by-step to make this classic Italian dessert. Workshop will be conducted in English with some Italian. Italian Cooking Workshop is presented in collaboration with the Consulate General of Italy in Los Angeles, Consulate General of Italy in San Francisco, Italian Cultural Institute in Los Angeles and the Italian Cultural Institute in San Francisco in celebration of the World Week of Italian Cuisine.
