As of 4 December 2018, an adequate knowledge of the Italian language, at least at level B1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for languages (Council of Europe 2001), is required when applying for Italian citizenship (marriage and residency). This course focuses on teaching the necessary skills to pass the CILS B1 Citizenship test. Previous knowledge of Italian is necessary to attend this course.
