Pre-Intermediate 2b is the second course in a two-part Pre-Intermediate series that is is designed for students who have an established high beginning knowledge of Italian. The course begins with a review of the main points that were taught in Pre-Intermediate 2a. During this 6-week course students will learn new vocabulary regarding “shopping” and physical characteristics. Students will learn the imperfetto and condizionale verb tenses as well as implementing the use of comparatives and the verbs fare, farcela, sapere and andarsene. At the end of the course, we hope to build a student’s knowledge to be able to confidently speak about memories, give advise, make comparisons and describe in detail a person and setting. Please note that if a student wishes to purchase the textbook the price is not included in the course fee.
